Stock Appreciation Rights, are a wonderful tool that can be used to bolster
an investors financial picture if used correctly. At ZDCapital we specialize
in helping employees understand the complexities of the awards they are
receiving, and ensure they are fitting them into their overall financial picture
as effectively as possible.
Our team has over 15 years of combined experience within the equity awards
space. ZDCapital currently has clients in 8 states and Washington DC, the vast
majority of which have equity awards as part of their financial picture.

Yannik Mahlangu

Yannik was born in Bregenz, Austria and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada just a few months later. He graduated from Georgetown University in 2017, and has been working in wealth management his entire professional career.

He currently resides in Union City, New Jersey with his fiancé Camila.

Between UBS Financial Services, AXA Advisors, and now ZDCapital, Yannik has over 7 years in the industry.

Jordan Scadden

Jordan was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. He studied Econometrics Statistics at the University Of Virginia, where he graduated in 2017.

Jordan lives with his wife Sydney, and twin boys in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jordan has an 8 year tenure in the wealth management industry, including experience

at UBS Financial Services and Vanguard.
